was looking at the episode titles for the upcoming and final Breaking Bad season and one instantly jumped out at me.

The title of the last episode is simply "Felina"

What can we infer from this? Pretty much the only reference to the name Felina is the song El Paso, which tells the story of a cowboy, who kills another cowboy over a woman and later returns to town only to be killed by a gang of cowboys. Dying peacefully with Felina by his side.

We know that Walter White has returned to HIS El Paso. With a REALLY big gun. Who are the cowboys? Who is Felina?

my predictions:
cowboys = the neo nazi skinheads
felina = lydia

Good eye. We did have the High Noon confrontation with itchy trigger fingers to open Buried.

I'll place my bet that the ricin will be used close to home. I think everyone will be dead or dying as the curtain draws on Felina. Except Lydia. Even Mike (Mike!) couldn't TCB Lydia.

I did not know meth mouth affected one's writing so severely but since Walt's "blue ice" really destroys one's cognitive abilities I should not be surprised...

good call on the anagram ... and to paraphrase ibsen, if you introduce a vial of ricin in act 1, someone will get poisoned in act 3

It's obvious what is going to happen:

Felina is Lydia - Walt will fall in love with her but then have to skip town til the heat dies down.

The wild young cowboy is Todd - Lydia will fall in love with Todd. Once news of the affair reaches Walt, he will return to town to confront Todd.

The mounted cowboys are Crazy 8's gang - they will find found out Walt killed Crazy 8 in season 1 and exact their revenge. They find and kill Walt before he can get to Todd.

This all became very obvious to me once the OP mentioned Felina and El Paso. So thanks a lot, caspersvapors - ever heard of spoiler warnings?

I noticed that title, too, but I might bet on Skyler for the Felina role - Walt's history with Lydia is not exactly a romance -

Or maybe even Jesse? At the moment it doesn't look like he'll need rescuing, but it is a twisty show.
